CrossFit Teen Program
Functional fitness shouldn't just be for adults. Whether your teens are preparing for sports or just looking to stay active and healthy, our teen CrossFit classes combine gymnastics, body weight calisthenics, and weightlifting elements to develop capacity across ten general physical skills for ages 12 to 17. Let's get these teens started on becoming more well-rounded athletes of tomorrow!
