OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM (CFUB BARBELL CLUB)

Whether Olympic Weightlifting is your main sport, or you want to enhance your performance in other sports, or simply want to be better able to perform these movements for CrossFit, our USAW coaches are sure to provide you with the coaching and guidance/support you need to help you meet your goals.   The club meets weekly on Monday evenings.  Open to beginners and advanced athletes alike.  We have over 600sqft of newly laid platform space.  Come check us out and start hitting some PR's!
