Athletic background/Why you love CrossFit/Coaching?:

I have a varied background in athletics. I have been a competitive runner, personal trainer, spin instructor, kick  box instructor,  and boot camp instructor during the past 20 years. My athletic goals have evolved throughout my life, in a constant search for personal challenge and excellence. CrossFit captured my attention due to its endless potential for growth and skill development. Olympic lifting and the constant variety of workouts and movements allow me to remain engaged and keep me moving forward. This makes me a  more well rounded athlete and enjoy the camaraderie of the community.  I enjoy competing and helping others reach their goals.

Life and/or fitness goals:

My life goal is to teach my children to be physically fit and mentally strong so that they will be prepared for what life brings them.

What inspires you?:

To see others reach their fitness goals is what inspires me.
